Is there free shipping?
You will automatically receive FREE SHIPPING on orders totaling $150 or more. You do not have to add any codes, it will be automatically be calculated at checkout. There is a standard shipping and handling charge for all other orders. This will be calculated at checkout. The shipping and handling charges are very reasonable, we actually lose money on this part of the process—our way of trying to keep costs down for you as much as possible.
How will my order be shipped?
We will ship your package via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. We ship from a number of different warehouses throughout the United States and the carrier does change from item to item. We only ship to the Continental United States at this time. If you are an Alaskan, Hawaiian, or Canadian user, please Contact Us with your shipping address and the products you desire to purchase for a shipping quote and we can try to make arrangements for you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Quality Pet Gates will process your order within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we will send an e-mail with a tracking number. You will be able to track your package at the carrier website and you will also be able to log in to your QualityPetGates.com account to view your item status. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping because in most cases, your order will be at your house within 3-7 business days! Can I return my purchase?
Of course! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us and we can arrange for an exchange or a refund. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product for a refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee. Product which has been altered or damaged by the recipient in any way will not qualify for a refund. We do not refund shipping costs unless we have made the shipping error or sent the wrong item. Where is the rest of my order?
If you purchase multiple items from Quality Pet Gates, your items may be shipped separately. This is because we ship from a number of warehouses across the US. When your order is processed, you will be notified how many packages you will be receiving if more than one.
Is it safe for me to purchase from your website?
Absolutely. Our user accounts and checkout system use Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) 128-bit encryption. You will notice that when you are viewing your cart or checking out, that the URL switches to https, which is the secure connection being displayed. The encryption keys for the SSL are stored in a locked, non-public folder that is not accessible through the web. Our payments are processed through Authorize.net, the leading online payment gateway. We also comply with the strict Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. Your credit card cannot be viewed by anyone, not even the system administrator. We also do no share any personal information with anyone outside of our work environment, and that includes your e-mail address. How much assembly is required for your gates?
Most of our gates come pre-assembled and ready to use when they arrive at your home. However, the End Table Crates and the Kensington Series Gates require a simple 3–6 step assembly with only a Phillips screwdriver needed. Instructions will be included with your purchase.
Do the products have multiple uses?
Feel free to use our Pet Toy Boxes as storage containers for children's toys, magazines, sporting equipment, tools and much more! Our End Table Pet Cages work well as coffee tables, foot rests or even desks. Keep in mind that our products are engineered and guaranteed for pet use. Any use of our products beyond their stated purpose are not guaranteed.
